WhatsApp, email and monthly or quarterly reports are confirmed by customer choice and plan; not every channel is included by default.
Monthly reporting suits larger or active fleets; quarterly reporting suits stable Permit status. The actual frequency depends on the plan.
After basic details are provided, the register, Permit status and next action can be updated. Extra vehicles, cases or out-of-scope work may change the quotation.
Each party appoints a main contact and confirms important expiry or missing-document items. Customers remain responsible for timely, accurate information.
A current vehicle and Permit status summary may be provided under the agreement. Internal working records, system passwords and data not owned by the customer are not promised.
Five lorries is not an absolute threshold; we assess the actual management workload.
FleetCare currently focuses on APAD Permit information, expiry dates, documents and case status. It does not by default include PUSPAKOM inspections, insurance, all JPJ matters, GDL, vehicle maintenance, GPS or a full ICOP audit. Other procedures can be confirmed case by case.
Scope and price depend on vehicle count, record completeness, update frequency and case-management range.
All applications depend on the customer’s actual circumstances, submitted documents and APAD’s final review. SUCCESS AJ provides document preparation, application assistance and case follow-up; we do not represent or replace the government’s approval decision.
