What is APAD?
APAD (Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat) is Malaysia's Land Public Transport Agency responsible for licensing all commercial goods vehicles. Every lorry or truck used for commercial purposes must hold a valid APAD permit. Operating without one is a serious offence under Malaysian law.
