What is the difference between Pembawa A and Pembawa C?

The general distinction depends on who owns the goods and how the transport service operates.
Pembawa A in general
Pembawa A generally applies when a lorry carries another party’s goods for hire or reward.
Pembawa C in general
Pembawa C generally applies to goods owned by the applicant for its own business.
What must be reviewed
Goods ownership, charging arrangement, company operations, operator licence and vehicle details should be considered together.
